Support Sudanese Refugees: Supporting Displaced families in need.

Watan is on the ground delivering life-saving aid where others cannot. Every penny you give goes directly to those in desperate need.

Since April 2023, Sudan has been torn apart by relentless violence and conflict, creating what is now one of the world’s largest humanitarian catastrophe.

A Country in Crisis: Mass displacement of families

The war has unleashed the largest displacement crisis on earth. Over 15 million people have been forced from their home. More than half of them children.
Many now live in overcrowded camps with little to no access to food, clean water, or medical care.

Famine is spreading fast.

Children are dying of hunger. In cities, villages, and displacement camps, desperate families are surviving on a single meal a day, sometimes just a few scraps of kisra or boiled leaves.

Reports of mass killings, sexual violence, and civilians being enslaved or buried alive continue to emerge.
At the same time, outbreaks of cholera and dengue fever are sweeping through communities with no access to healthcare.

Sudan on the Brink of Famine

Watan’s teams are witnessing the devastating effects of starvation firsthand. In makeshift health centres, children arrive so malnourished they can barely breathe.

Farmers are unable to plant or harvest due to constant attacks, while food convoys are looted on the roads. Prices have more than doubled in many areas, pushing millions deeper into hunger.

The humanitarian situation is beyond dire, families are running out of options to survive.

Watan’s Lifesaving Work in Sudan

Watan has been providing critical humanitarian assistance across Sudan since the beginning of the crisis.
Despite extreme danger, aid blockades, and targeted attacks on humanitarian workers, Watan continues to deliver emergency food, clean water, medical aid, and shelter to those who need it most.

With your support, we can reach them.
